Responsibilities:
- Draft legal documents, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney and contracts.
- Review and analyze legal documents and agreements - Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on various legal matters - Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.
D.
) degree from an accredited law school - Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction - Strong research and analytical skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in legal administrative tasks, such as document management and case organization - Experience with legal drafting and writing - Familiarity with legal research tools, such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis Note:
