Job Description:
Looking for a Data-Entry Payroll Assistant for a Multi-State Site Development Company.
Position
Summary:
The Data-Entry Payroll Assistant will be responsible for gathering timesheets for multiple jobsites and entering employee's weekly payroll hours within the company payroll system, as well as other Payroll tasks.
Essential Functions:
Process timesheets and enter them into the payroll system Work as an effective team member to complete assignments and tasks Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Maintain structure and organization with company files and documents
Qualifications:
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED Certificate Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team Self-motivated with ability to work independently to meet strict deadlines Microsoft Office Suites knowledge Must be able to pass a background screening Behaviors (preferred):

Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done Team Player:
Works well as a member of a group Job Functions:
Payroll Data Entry Education (required):
High School Diploma or GED Certificate Data Entry computer experience is required.
