Surgical Retina position in The Villages and Orlando, Florida area THE PRACTICE:
This is an opportunity for a board certified fellowship trained Surgical Retina Ophthalmologist to join , (), a leader in comprehensive eye care in central Florida.
Mid-Florida Eye Center and the Cataract & Retina Laser Institute is one of the most progressive, high quality, multi-specialty practices nationwide using some of the industrys most advanced technology in our state-of-the-art office space and ambulatory surgery center.
We have 9 doctors (providing optometric care, retina surgery, glaucoma, cornea, refractive, cataract and comprehensive ophthalmology services).
This role can be either a part time or full-time position and has an existing patient base to inherit from a physician who relocated.
THE COMPENSATION:

You will have a substantial base salary and a lucrative quarterly production bonus based on collections.

You are also eligible for our additional Physician Incentive Plan which remunerates our associate physicians, without requiring a buy-in, upon a transaction of the company.
