Job Purpose The Greenhouse IPM position is an integral part in ensuring the highest level of plant health and quality.
You will use or develop your skills to scout crops, provide recommendations, continue to build and improve the Integrated Pest Management program to more efficiently manage pests and diseases.
This position will also help with irrigation/fertigation and monitoring water treatment levels.
The Greenhouse IPM and Spray Technician will report to the Plant Manager.
This position could be full or part time.
Requirements / Qualifications Able to work in extreme heat and cold Able to lift 50 lbs unassisted Able to pull/push full carts and sprayers Able to kneel/crouch/crawl/climb/stand/walk/lay/sit for extended periods of time.
Reliable transportation Good organizational skills Good record keeping skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Bilingual preferred, not required.
Willing to work odd hours and times.
