Summary:
Nash Plumbing and Mechanical LLC is currently seeking a skilled Commercial Plumbing Foreman with at least 5 years of Plumbing/HVAC experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be dependable, hardworking, and able to manage and/or supervise smaller projects and multiple craft persons.
This individual will report directly to the general superintendent and/or project manager.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently divide duties between supervising field activities (including production and quality of work) and completing the required paperwork for the project.
Responsible for actions, inactions, installations, quality, safety, and productivity of all those working under his/her supervision.
May be required to push, pull, climb, crawl, squat or lift 50 lbs.
Report to one or more jobsites potentially located in Tampa, Orlando, or Gainesville.
Depending on the size of the project, may not be required to work with his/her tools but should be prepared to do so if conditions demand.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of Plumbing/HVAC experience.
Proven ability to manage and/or supervise smaller projects and multiple craft persons.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team environment and foster a positive team morale.
Must be dependable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information:
This is a NON-EXEMPT position.
This individual may be assigned a company vehicle depending on driving record.
